Pond Hopper Nation Children's Fishing Event

June 11th 2022 Pond Hopper Nation will be hosting it's last children's fishing event. Don't be to sad! All of our children's events we host around the United States will continue with "4 to 4 Ever" which is a non profit formed by Pond Hopper Nation Founder Albert Talafuse and Professional Angler Roy Hawk! 

Here are the details for this weekends event in Garland! It will be a little different than normal due to all the contruction in the area!

10:00 am - 11:30 (BASS PRO SHOPS)

Adress: 5001 Bass Pro Dr, Garland, TX 75043, USA

The event will begin at Bass Pro Shops. Please bring your registration ticket to the Sign in Table by the boats outside by the exit doors! You will be directed from there!

All children who attend this part of the event will receive a Free Children's Award from Raising Canes for a free kids combo! (First 100 children who attend.) They will also receive some free goodies from ALPA insurance who is one of the sponsors for the event!

If you did early bird registration. Your child will be able to pick their fishing rod up between 10:00 - 11:30 am.

Make sure to bring your early bird registration ticket!

(ALL FREE FISHING RODS HAVE BEEN RESERVED FOR THIS EVENT. WE ONLY HAVE A FEW VIP TICKETS LEFT.)

VIP Ticket holders go straight to the SPIN WHEEL to collect all your children's fishing items!

Merch Table will be on site for those wanting to make a donation for a shirt, SPIN the SPINWHEEL, and more!

Make sure while your at BASS PRO to check out the awesome aquarium inside!

11:30 am - 12:30 pm

Take your family out to eat and use those Raising Canes Certificates, or we have some 20 % off cards at Primo's Tex Mex right next to Bass Pro! 

12:30 - 1pm

Head over to Ablon Park and get ready to fish!

1 pm - 2pm

Fishing Derby and Casting for prizes!

Instuctions will be given out to participants! 

We will have bait for those who need it!

Extra Hooks, Weights, and Bobbers for those who may need it!

If you need a little help we will do our best to help you while you are there!

Trophies for the Casting will be given out 1st, 2nd, & 3rd.

Prizes will be given to those who catch a fish!
